Get your invitation
Coach accounts open with an invitation code. Set up your practice: your name, logo and colour, your program and your plan template.

Invite your clients
Send each client a link or a code. They install Mealstone, fill in their intake and accept your agreement in the app.

Publish plans, review check-ins and answer in the chat, from your phone or your computer. Nothing slips between consultations.

Who is Mealstone for?

How do I start as a coach?
Coach accounts open with an invitation code. Write to us and we'll send you one, then sign up in the app or in the web app.
Do my clients pay for Mealstone?
No. Your clients use Mealstone for free. You choose a plan by the number of clients you coach.
Can I work from my computer?
Yes. Sign in to the web app with the same account and your coach screens are all there. Subscriptions are managed in the phone app.
Which languages does Mealstone speak?
English, Romanian and Hungarian. Each client sees the app in their own language.
Is Mealstone medical advice?
No. Mealstone is a tool for you and your clients, and it gives no medical advice. Health questions belong with a doctor.
Where is the data kept?
In the European Union. Profiles, coaching data, photos and messages are stored with Google Cloud in the Netherlands, and the AI features run in the EU too.
How do I delete an account?
In the app, at any time. Clients and coaches can also ask for a copy of their data there first.
